What we collect

When you request a demo, Priority Service collects your name, company, email address, optional phone number and the requirements you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal data, vehicle records or details about other people.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, discuss your requirements and arrange a demonstration. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Hosting and email providers may process enquiry information to operate the website and communications.

Where it goes

The website saves your enquiry so it can be reviewed by the site owner. When email delivery is connected, a notification is sent to demo@priorityservice.co.uk. You can also contact that address directly.

Technical data

The form uses a temporary hash derived from your connection address and the current hour to limit spam. Rate-limit records are removed on subsequent submissions after an hour. Hosting providers may maintain operational and security logs. We do not use advertising trackers.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, demo form starts, email enquiry clicks and successful demo enquiries. Google receives technical information about your browser, device and website activity. Our enquiry events use fixed labels and do not include your name, email address, phone number, company, message or enquiry reference.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept. You can reject analytics and still use the whole website. We remember your choice in this browser for up to six months. Select Cookie settings at the bottom of any public page to change your choice. Rejecting stops our analytics collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies set on this domain.

Your choices

For questions about your enquiry or to request correction or deletion, email demo@priorityservice.co.uk. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

This notice covers marketing website enquiries. Vehicle records, staff records and data held within the Priority Service app require separate customer terms and privacy information.
