Find the gate record when an arrival is questioned
A delivery query may reach the office after the gate team has changed shifts. Searchable registration and movement records help authorised staff review what was entered at the gate, without working through handwritten registers.
A repeatable arrival process
The guard photographs the vehicle, reviews the registration and checks the relevant permit information. Number plate reading and manual entry are included in the base plans. The guard confirms the details before recording the movement.
Keep connected gates working from shared records
For one site with two or three connected gates, Multi-Gate includes shared vehicle records. Discuss how your entrances and exits operate during the demo, particularly where a vehicle arrives through one gate and leaves through another.
Review recorded visits and export reports
Administrators can filter visit history and export CSV reports for operational reviews. Entry and exit times describe the movements recorded by the gate team; they do not, by themselves, prove when unloading started or finished, or where a vehicle travelled inside the yard.

How your team could use it
A supplier’s vehicle arrives at the gatehouse and the guard records IN after the required checks. When it leaves, the team records OUT. If the office later asks about the visit, an authorised administrator can review the recorded movements and export the relevant history.

Plans for your gates
Single Gate costs £59/month for one site with one gate. Multi-Gate costs £99/month for one site with two or three gates. Both include number plate reading, manual registration entry and unlimited guards. Larger operations can request a quotation.
Available vehicle details may be suggested from MOT data, subject to coverage. Optional live provider lookup costs £20/month per organisation, including 1,000 chargeable lookups shared across its sites. Further chargeable provider lookups cost 5p each.

Priority Service supports vehicle recording and approval at manned gates. Automatic barrier operation and fixed ANPR camera integrations are not advertised features. A vehicle register is not a complete people attendance or emergency roll-call list.
